We are proposing to readapt an existing building into a multifunctional cultural and social space. The concept includes transforming the site into an event hall, exhibition space, technical museum, concert venue, café, and coworking area. By blending heritage preservation with contemporary functions, the project aims to create a vibrant hub for innovation, community exchange, and creative expression.
